The Cruise Director Spotlight — Chapter 4
The soul of the ensemble, however, is Cruise Director Jason Carter. He is responsible for entertaining the guests which involve activities like dance shows, trivia nights etc. But he is haunted by the ghost of his famous predecessor, and struggles under the weight of being compared to him.

He is also very scrupulous and hard working but falters when coping with the language barriers as well as going against cultural differences from his co-workers. Amir specifically says his goal is to be promoted even higher in the cruise line.

Chapter 8: The Entertainment Headache
Together with the Cruise Director, Entertainment Coordinator Mark Lewis organises activities and events. Well, he is creative and full of energy but at the same time faces a difficulty engaging with his guests while managing all logistics related to performances & events.
Mark’s Key Responsibilities:
Help with event planning and coordination
Working with Performers and Guests

The ship’s Medical Officer is Dr. Emily Carter responsible for health emergencies and general patient medical care.
